If night feedings (A) and wakings (E) haven't been enough, the two boys are down with the flu. E's now been sick for almost 1.5 or 2 weeks, we saw the PD last Friday for his worst flu ever, which is taking ages to get better.

Having spent some pockets of time within the day in the last few weeks with the two monsters, alone, I'm sometimes amazed at how easy it could be, for example when both boys fall asleep at the same time without any fuss, or how difficult it can definitely get, like both crying for attention at the same time.
